Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Belfield Distributors LLC. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products purchased from one of our suppliers will follow the suppliers’ return/refunds or exchange policy.

• When a Customer Requests a Return:

  3. Obtain Return Shipping Address (if returns are to be facilitated): Get the return shipping address from the supplier.
  4. Provide the Customer With:

• For Refunds:
  1. We check the Supplier Refund Policy: Verify if the supplier will refund you before issuing a customer refund.
  2. We may Process Partial Refunds: If the supplier charges restocking fees, issue a partial refund accordingly.
  3. Issue Refund Through our Platform: Refund the customer once:
     • The supplier confirms receipt of the returned item.
     • You receive a refund from the supplier.
     • The item condition is verified.

Reminder about Low-Value Items

You should be aware that international shipping costs are high and may take up to 3 months to arrive at some supplier warehouses. Products are also liable to be damaged or lost on the way. Consider also that labor costs in overseas warehouses may be high for returns of low-value items, or after arriving at the warehouse, inspection and restocking services may incur extra charges. We may therefore recommend one or more of the following actions to our customers:

• Consider offering store credit as an alternative to refunds.
• Factor in shipping costs when calculating refund amounts.
• Encourage the buyer to keep the product and refund part of the price.
• Or, offer to resend the product if the buyer is willing to cover the shipping cost.

Note that Non-returnable items include:
